OVERHAULLS

Mega Machine offers professional overhaul services for used and second-hand machines. Upon request, our skilled technicians will inspect your equipment on-site and perform a detailed assessment of the necessary refurbishment work. We then proceed with the accurate repair, replacement, or rebuilding of worn or damaged components — restoring even older machines to reliable working condition.

 

Software Support

In order to increase productivity and accuresy of our machine we are working with our partners to update our software constantly. By contracting us we can offer you pricing and specification for software upgrades.

MAINTANENCE CONTRACT

MOVING

Our Moving Service includes disassembling transportation relocation and installation at the costumer facility. The Moving Service brings high value added to our costumers since they will receive their machine turn key in their factory.

We have prepared some of the most used parts ready to delivery in order decrease the down time of our costumer machines. TRAINING

We immediately following installation of your machine start over on site operator training so that you can quickly benefit from your investment. It is also suggested that after working with the machine for a while, the operator take advantage of more extensive training to achive higher level of proficiency.Part of our training program is for invidual training for new operator joining your team.
