With the SLAT EASY CLEANER, you can clean your slats quickly and effortlessly. This ensures reliable, high-quality production of laser-cut components. The slats do not need to be removed for cleaning. This is practical and saves you time. It takes approximately 30 minutes to clean an entire standard size pallet of 60 x 120 in.

You will not need to replace usable grids
only because they are dirty. This results in an estimated saving of 500€ per table. Furthermore, before deciding to replace dirty grills, there will be a period where these will be more or less full of slag, compromising the sheet support surface.
If you work with dirty grills, the cutting waste will attach to a bigger surface area and will lift the sheet. Besides, greater points of reflections of the laser beam will ruin the underside of the sheet. Furthermore, in case of stainless steel, there could be the risk of creating rust spots. In general, there are difficulties for loading and unloading to pass between the grids.
The Puligriglie contrasts and leans only on the grid that is being cleaned; it does not lift the ones next to it and does not move them from their place. The plate is higher than the wheels and it is used to stabilize the Puligriglie.
It can be easily pushed and does not ruin the grids if made of copper. The Puligriglie advances on wheels and does not scrape the grids.
It has a small plate and related inserts, making it simple to pass from one grid to another. If you use those now on the market, an operator will need to tilt the tool in order to clean the next grid.
High torque = 100 Nm for each cutter. HSS drills are currently equipped with very economical hardened or cemented steel tools; ours are much quicker in removing the slag.

An intelligent monitoring system ensures safe and reliable work procedures. An integrated LED display uses a quick, continuous flash to notify you of when a seal needs to be replaced. As a result of the new seal function monitoring system, it is no longer necessary to perform a manual check at regular intervals, which was previously required. The maintenance interval is automatically controlled through an electronic display. This saves you time and prevents possible damage to the tool, which could occur if the seals are not checked and replaced at the specified maintenance intervals.

The SLAT EASY CLEANER adapts automatically to different slag thicknesses up to 1 inch and achieves optimal cleaning results, even in the case of stubborn stainless steel slag. The slats themselves are cleaned, as well as the spaces in between the teeth. A further benefit: You can insert the SLAT EASY CLEANER into any row of slats and clean these right up to the pallet edge while they are still installed.
Cleaning tool
Choose between tool no. 2 for slat thicknesses of 2 mm – 2.9 mm and tool no. 3 for 3 mm – 3.9 mm. The tools boast a long service life. Before being replaced, they are capable of cleaning an average of 10 standard pallets, which corresponds to 3281 feet.
